The suite includes your own bathroom with a deluxe shower, an in-suite mini kitchen with stove & fridge, a small dining table, a couch, & a comfy queen bed. You control the temperature with your own HVAC system with both heating & cooling. It’s approximately 15 mins to all main universities, the city center & all of the sports arenas.

Double bed in ladder accessed loft (6' ceiling); day bed with trundle, pull-out sofa and lift chair on main floor. Equipped kitchen. Use of gazebo and back deck . Pets, fee. Relax off the grid, enjoy wildlife, fall foliage, stars. Easy day trips to Lumber Museum, Kinzua bridge, Corning glass, Cherry Springs, more. Third guest ok, fee.

Kick back and relax in our peaceful, cozy space. We have a wooded area that surrounds the back and side of the house. Come and enjoy a warm fire up in the woods under the beautiful Hemlock trees, as well as the bubbling, steamy hot tub tucked under our pergola behind the house. Luxury, private suite on 90 secluded acres. The suite is attached to the main cabin. There is a separate entrance and no shared living areas. Guests enter large, private suite with living area that has a jacuzzi tub, couch, large screen TV, kitchenette, king-size, 4 poster bed, private balcony and bathroom with a 10-jet shower:) To ensure privacy and seclusion, the main cabin is available to rent for an additional $250/night only with rental of the suite.

College Heights neighborhood, free parking allows you to walk to the stadium, campus or downtown. We are also on the bus route for longer trips around the area. The apartment is comprised of 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and large deck.

It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.

Our mini efficiency apartment is in a very rural setting and is perfect for a couple on the go or for a single. It is attached to the main house and has a private entrance on our side porch. Close to the PA Grand Canyon, Pine Creek Rail Trail, and Leonard Harrison State Park. Close proximity to hunting game lands, fishing, and beautiful scenery.
