You will have your own entrance & onsite parking in the driveway. Your PRIVATE area does not join with my living area in any way; we likely will never meet. The suite includes your own bathroom with a deluxe shower, an in-suite mini kitchen with stove & fridge, a small dining table, a couch, & a comfy queen bed. You control the temperature with your own HVAC system with both heating & cooling. It’s approximately 15 mins to all main universities, the city center & all of the sports arenas.

Our place is a private studio apartment attached at a main house. Private entrance and deck. Close to the PA Grand Canyon, Pine Creek Rail Trail, and Leonard Harrison State Park. Close proximity to outdoor activities, hunting game lands, fishing, and the beautiful scenery. There is a queen bed with room for a twin air mattress/cot. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
