A quiet very relaxing private home out in the Finger Lakes region. High speed internet & roku tv provided. Gas fireplace, airconditioning. Open loft bedroom with great star gazing while laying in bed. There are multiple wineries and breweries that are just a short drive. Penn Yan, Hammonsport & the town of Naples just a short drive. Kueka Lake State Park 5 miles away. Note: Sorry this cottage is not suitable for small children, due to the loft cable style railings.

Please come stay at our cottage and you will enjoy everything about it. You will have access to the entire cottage for days of fun!! We are only 1 1/2 blocks from the beach a.d a big playground. You will also enjoy our fire pit with Firewood included. We are also located only 15 miles from Erie where you can enjoy Presque Isle, Waldameer and Splash Lagoon. Great cottage nestled in the mountains on 63 wooded acres with barn, spring house and main house. Cottage has fireplace with first ring of logs provided. Two Smart TVs , VCR and DVD player with tapes and DVDs provided. Large deck and patio furniture off the living room with private woodland views and a babbling brook. Outdoor fire pit also provided. Close to Fallingwater, Ohiopyle and Seven Springs. Pet friendly (up to 2) and beautiful hiking trails in our woods.
