Midlum on Föhr is the golden centre of the island. Idyllic with a view of the green march lies the village of Midlum. With its beautiful Fieisenhäusern and the wide view, the village radiates peace. From Midlum you can explore the island in all directions, by bicycle there are excellent connections, to the beach is about 4 km, to the museum "Art of the West Coast" in Alkersum about 1 km. The village is also the start and finish of Germany's most northerly marathon.

Cosy under thatch

You will be living in the middle of the beautiful island of Föhr in the village of Midlum. The loft-like guest area on the upper floor of my fantastic thatched roof house welcomes you. You have your own kitchen and bathroom. You will sleep in a 140x200 large bed. A kitchen sofa as a bed (80x200 m) for a 3rd guest is available. You can make it cozy on the couch in front of the TV. The city tax must be paid separately at my place in cash.

Apartments (PORT with balcony + STARBOARD with garden) in our house in Wyk. 2025 Completely renovated and newly furnished, the STARBOARD apartment presents itself with everything you want for a relaxing vacation. Bedroom with 2x1.8m box spring bed, fully equipped kitchen, and a living room to relax and feel good. Downtown, the harbor and the nearest swimming beach are all about 900m away.

Nordstrandnixe on land - 150 meters to the sea

In a dream location - 150 meters from the most beautiful Nordstrand beach Fuhlehörn - is the enchanting Nordstrand Mermaid House with two apartments. This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this sea-like apartment is the Nordstrandnixe über Land.
