This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

Loads of love and effort for this particular house.This is the second house that we created in the complex. I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! Just a breath away from the beaches of Krios & Marchello, with an amazing view and unique sunsets. The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness!

Paros, Argia 2: Private Pool & Idleness

A bright, peaceful house with generous outdoor spaces and a private pool, perfect for relaxed island living. Enjoy terraces, a garden, a pool deck, and a shaded pergola with a barbecue. The layout is ideal for two couples, with one bedroom and bathroom downstairs and another upstairs, each offering privacy and their own outdoor space, including a large terrace upstairs. For longer stays, a complimentary mid-stay refresh is included.
