The living room and both bedrooms have separate air conditioners for cooling and heating. The home has two bedrooms and two luxurious ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a separate desk, and a 55-inch smart TV. The living room has a 65-inch smart TV and a surround sound system for a cinema-level entertainment experience. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, LG washer and dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi is provided. The living room sofa can easily be converted into a double sofa bed, and the entire house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, making it ideal for family trips, business trips, and long-term stays. The house is located in the quiet and safe Alhambra neighborhood, just 0.5 miles from the commercial strip, and 15 minutes from Citadel Outlets Shopping Mall (without traffic). Restaurants, supermarkets, shopping and entertainment facilities are close by, making it very convenient to get around.
