Ground floor apartment with an 80m2 open living room, comfortable, simple, and beautiful. It has a 1.40x2.00 double bed, 2X 0.90x2.00 and a comfortable double sofa bed. It can comfortably accommodate 5-6 people. Parking will never be a problem and it's free. Just 15 minutes from the beach! The closest town is Almería, which is 25 km away, with good communication by national highway. 50 meters from the apartments there is a bus stop that connects Alhama with the capital, and passes three times a day. There is a park next to the apartments with great equipment for the little ones. The nearest beach is Almeria called "El Zapillo". Beaches like "Cabo de Gata" or "San Jose" are about 40 min away.

Come to us, kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house is in the middle of two hectares of olive and almond trees. 5 minutes' walk from the white, Andalusian village with restaurants and shopping. 14 km from the beach, 10 minutes from 18-hole golf course and 30 minutes from the airport. The lively port city of Almeria can be reached in 25 minutes. Hiking and mountain bike trails start right in front of the finca.
