My island retreat is a 2 min walk from the Wards ferry. Winter guests note last City ferry is at 11:15 pm

Our home is between Cabbagetown and Daniel’s Development, accessible by 2 streetcars and a bus. Bright with a cozy, cottage feel. Old Cabbagetown charm meets Daniel’s modern buildings on Parliament. 15-min walk to Eaton Centre, Dundas Sq, and Distillery District. Steps to park, sports ground, Freshco, RBC, Timmies, and diners. UofT, TMU, AGO, and Harbourfront are a short ride. Lake Ontario is 20 mins on foot. We have cats and a dog mostly in the basement - please note if you have allergies.

The neighborhood is quiet, yet very close to many restaurants, cafes, parks and a supermarket. PLEASE NOTE - this room is next to my own bedroom. You will have access to our shared modern kitchen and backyard.

The house is a 4 minute walk from the boardwalk at Sunnyside Beach on Lake Ontario, a 3 minute walk to High Park and a 7 minute walk to the commercial area of Roncesvalles Avenue with shops, restaurants, cafe's and bars with live music, two 24 hour gyms, and The Revue Cinema.
