A cosy open-plan apartment with a double bed, table for two, and a well equipped separate kitchen. Modern bathroom with large walk in power shower, sink bidet and toilet. The bathroom comprises of a walk-in power shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. Having its own private secluded veranda which over looks a mature orange orchard. The cosy open plan living area includes a large 2 seater sofa, arm chair, dining table with two chairs and a smart TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave/grill, toaster, electric juicer and kettle. Air-con, high-speed Wi-Fi, Radio, board games, books and classic DVD films are all provided during your stay. Washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer are also available. We provide bathroom towels, pool towels, cotton bed linen, shower gel and shampoo. The apartment is supplied with all cleaning materials. Further cleans available at extra cost. You can also spend time in our private secluded garden under the lemon tree with a barbecue and seating area. We are on hand for any enquiries you may have and hope you enjoy your stay. For your comfort there is a large air fan and a ceiling fan in the apartment to cool you down. An electricity meter reading will be taken (in your apartment) on your arrival and again before departure. Please note you will need to budget around 1- 2€ a day for normal use during your stay. A top tip, during the summer months, late at night before bed it's a good Idea to open the windows (close curtains) the temperature drops down at night around 20c so it's lovely and cool for sleeping.

It has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a large kitchen, a shower room and a nice terrace. The house is located on the first floor. You have to climb a staircase to get there. This is also what gives it so much light and a nice view.
