Quietly located 120 sqm 5-room apartment (2nd floor) for 8 people in a two-family house in the countryside, including fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with window, guest toilet, balcony, including Loggia and separate entrance. A baby crib and highchair are available. Hannover Messe can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. S-Bahn connection to Hanover and Hildesheim (train station is a 10-minute walk). Various restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets in the village. We speak English :-)

The apartment is located in the basement of our residential building. It can be reached via a separate entrance and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen on a total of 63 square meters. In the garden there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and the field. Due to its proximity to the exhibition grounds (10 minutes by car), it is ideal for a visit to a trade fair or concert, but also for family or city trips, as Hanover city center is also only 20 minutes away by car.

Despite the good accessibility of the exhibition grounds and the centre in Hanover, our property also offers you the necessary peace and quiet.

This versatile secondary apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. Likewise, it is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family. The A7 is close (behind a small piece of forest and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for those passing through.

Das Haus ist gut mit der Bahn zu erreichen, der Bahnhof Hämelerwald ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
