Charming old house, very spacious 300m2 area, on the 1st floor of an 18th century building. Interiors furnished with some antique furniture, Hall and corridors with marble walls, ceilings and 300-year-old wooden floors. Exclusive access for guests to the magnificent garden of Mediterranean and tropical plants with a lake containing fish and a huge private pool 16 meters long, excellent for swimming. Magnificent restored 1930s central heating, to enjoy the winter.
