The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Welcome to the Lodge on Larch! This unit in our triplex offers everything you need to enjoy your getaway. It is centrally located in the town of Kodiak. About 1.5 miles from downtown to explore restaurants, bars and shopping. Only a short drive to the marina, beaches and hikes. End each day on the patio watching the float planes take off and land on Lily Lake. NOTE: There are roughly 30 stair steps required to walk from street to the apartment. There are also 4 dogs who live on the property.
