Huset er totalrenovert i 2023. Tømmerveggene er fra 1600-tallet og noe er bevart innvendig. Boarealet er 100m2 og inneholder tre soverom, tre bad og et stort kjøkken/allrom. Fra allrommet er det utgang til delvis overbygd terrasse på 24m2. Soverom 3 har egen terrasse under tak. Gratis parkeringsplass til mange biler og 7KW lader for elbil. Det er 200m til offentlig badestrand og leikeplass. Et utmerket sted for avslapning og dagsutflukter. Vertskapet bor i nabohuset og er gjerne behjelpelig.

Nice beatiful studio 30sqm in the 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Close to the NTNU.

Only a 10 minute (9 km) car ride from Ålesund city center, and in close to proximity to all that Sunnmøre has to offer. The whole house is covered in large windows, so you can soak in the beautiful scenery from every room you’re in. The house also has two large terraces on the second floor with a view of the fjords.

About 20 minutes by car from the center of Ålesund. 3 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop. 10 minutes by car to Moa, which is the largest trading place in the area. Nearest beach about 15 minutes to walk. Perfect starting point for both city and outdoor life. Lots of lovely mountains nearby.

There are good hiking possibilities and beach right outside the door as well as views of the beautiful Sunnmøre Alps from the breakfast table. From the house there is also a short walking distance to grocery stores, 10 minutes drive to Moa (one of Norway's largest shopping centers) and 20 minutes drive to the city of Ålesund.

Parties not allowed. Due to the price of electricity, if you want to use the sauna, a supplement of 200 nok per session will be asked.
