Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Lilla Lyngabo, in the middle of nature, close to the sea & Halmstad

Lilla Lyngabo is located with the forest in the back surrounded by lush fields and meadows. Through the large glass sections, you step straight out into nature, from both the bedroom and the kitchen. As the only unique guest, you can enjoy the tranquility and the beauty that surrounds Lilla Lyngabo. Despite the seclusion, it is only 2 km to the nearest golf course, 4 km to the sea and 10 km to central Halmstad and Tylösand. Haverdal Nature Reserve with Scandinavia's highest sand dune and beautiful hiking trails can be found on your way to the sea.

Enjoy peace and quiet; book a tranquil, scenic and peaceful accommodation right on the lake. View of nature, the lake and birdlife. Take the path around the headland to the jetty for a swim. Wood-fired sauna, boat and canoe you can rent on site. Sauna 500kr, boat or canoe 200kr. Subject to time, you can book a massage and buy ceramics in my studio The cottage is located close to a nature reserve as well as hiking and biking trails. Fishing licenses are needed for fishing in the lake. Distance by car: 5 min to Simlångsdalen, 20 min to Halmstad

Bergsbo Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Here you live in a cozy house on our farm, the view is fantastic and it is not impossible to see fallow deer and moose grazing in the field. At the back, there is a large balcony where you can see the sun rise. Proximity to lakes with fishing (fishing license required) and forest, 9 km to central Halmstad and 7 km to Hallarna where there are also restaurants. If you want to get to the sea, there are several nice beaches within 15 minutes' drive. Breakfast can be booked the night before.

Modern house near the sea

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Villa Circus

Welcome to Villa Cirkus - a large villa of 247 sqm - with a unique character and playful decor. Nothing is fragile here and everyone is welcome! The house is located a few kilometers from Tylösand and a few hundred meters from the sea. The house has an open-plan layout with large living areas. The beds are always made on arrival, towels and final cleaning are included in the booking. Large heated pool (5 x 10m) available May-September. Hot tub (at least 38 degrees) with sauna next to it is available all year round.

Lilla Stensgård

Enjoy a pleasant stay in this unique accommodation out on Grimsholmen south of Falkenberg. About 8 km from Falkenberg's center and 500 meters to the beach, the cottage is beautifully situated in a quiet rural environment. As a guest, you live separately from the family's/landlord's home with your own entrance where you have access to part of a large garden and orangery with patio. A few kilometers away is a wide range of restaurants, cafes, farm shops and all the fantastic things Falkenberg has to offer. Warmly welcome!

House with private jetty and canoes in Suseån

Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as the plot border. There is a balcony, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only one single bed in the upstairs bedroom. NEW 2024! Two Standup paddleboards! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for rent! Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.

Courtyard house with old-world charm!

Our 'farmhouse' is located between Falkenberg and Halmstad, overlooking the Suseån river valley, fields and meadows. In the local area, there are plenty of wonderful farm shops, local growers and cosy cafés. 5 km to Långasand/Ugglarps beach €1.5 million for Falkenberg €2.5 million for Halmstad 4.5 million to Ullared Accommodation for those who want something special! Bed linens and towels are brought. Cleaning supplies are provided, but guests are responsible for cleaning. No smoking indoors!

Living in the countryside

The farm is located along the west coast and is located in the middle between Copenhagen and Gothenburg and 15 minutes to the sea. The property has two apartments with extra detached rooms for larger groups (see more specified below). There are larger common areas such as a large fully-equipped kitchen with dining area for up to 25 guests and a large wooden deck just outside in a very pleasant garden to botanize in. Proximity to sporty and fun activities. (see more below)
