Large fully equipped kitchen area, with Miele kitchen appliance's, Large screen smart TV and beautiful kitchen table (seating for 6) where you and your family can sit around and enjoy the sunny days in Finestrat. The pool area has 2 x loungers and outdoor seating for all the family. Towels and bed linen are supplied. **(Not suitable for groups)** No loud Noise

Lehn dich zurück, entspanne und hab spaß – in diesem ruhigen, stilvollen Haus . Mit ausreichend Platz bietet dieses Juwel sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten. Die Terrasse lädt zum ausgiebigen Sonnenbaden ein während der Pool Dir allein für eine willkommene Abkühlung bereit steht. Die Pool wird nicht beheizt. Die vielen Strände mit BeachClubs und -Bars erreicht man in 5 min mit dem Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Tritt ein und genieß!

Our villa in Calpe with 2 independent levels of which the ground floor (70 M2) is rented out to tourists (nothing is shared with others) is located on the mountainside of the Maryvilla District on a 910 m2 plot. It is situated along the idyllic coastline of Calpe with its famous rock “the Peňon Ifach” and close by its old city center (2,5-3 km.) with shops, restaurants, sandy beaches and boulevards. You will need a scooter or car to move around. The fully equipped kitchen is for self catering.
