Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

A small house located in Xaló/Jalón a couple of minutes walk from downtown, it has a supermarket 5-7 minutes walk away and has private parking. A large selection of bars and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. The nearest beaches are the extensive sandy beaches of Calpe, which are about 15-20 minutes away by car, and the town's central location allows you to have most beaches such as Jávea or Denia less than 30 minutes away.
