Este estudio luminosos dispone de todo lo necesario para vivir una agradable estancia en la playa. Así pues, el estudio esta decorado con temática playera y marinera, situando así a los huéspedes en un ambiete vacacional. Tiene aire acondicionado. Por otro lado, cuando la estancia sea mayor a 10 días, la Ley 29/1994, de 24 de noviembre, de Arrendamientos Urbanos y se considerará un “alquiler de temporada”.
