Charmant appartement d'environ 60 m2 avec entrée indépendante, annexe de notre maison principale, seule la cour pour se garer est partagée. Il est composé de deux chambres avec des lits doubles, cuisine, terrasse avec barbecue, salon ( avec canapé lit si besoin ) et salle de bain. Il se situe à 1 km de la voie rapide Albi / Toulouse et à 5 minutes de Gaillac (proximité des caves et de la route des vins). Logement fonctionnel et équipé. Possibilité d'accéder à la piscine partagée.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Ideally located in the city of Gaillac, starting point for visiting the Albi bastides (Puycelsi, Cordes-sur-Ciel, Castelnau-de-Montmiral, Lisle-sur-Tarn, Albi…), Toulouse and Montauban are 45 minutes by car. Gaillac is a lovely little town. Large market on Friday mornings, organic market on Tuesday evenings and Sunday mornings. Lots of entertainment all year round.
