On the property at the end of the garden, there is a large common area with a playground and ball court - access to this from the end of the garden. The nearest shopping option is Tversted and Letkøb at the campsite at Skiveren. NOTE: It is not possible to charge an electric car, as the house's installations are not designed for it.

The house is located on a unique plot with its own path directly down the dune to amazing child-friendly beach. It is 120 meters to the beach. The house is surrounded by trees and is undisturbed in quiet surroundings. The house has a lovely south facing covered terrace with good shelter. The house itself is architect-designed, and there is a lovely atmosphere in the cozy space of the house. The place is looking for a relaxing holiday with really good opportunities for experiences within a short distance.

Penthouse apartment close to beach and harbor

There is a nice private rooftop terrace with a gas grill for free use. Nice view from the terrace, you can just glimpse the sea between the trees. We live about 500m from the harbour with child-friendly beach to both sides. Fresh fish can often be bought directly from the boats in the morning. It is 20 km to Skagen and 20 km to Frederikshavn. Trains run many times a day both ways and it only takes about 15min. The apartment is located at the end of the dead end, and there's always peace and quiet.

It is a self-contained apartment of 30 square meters with the possibility of a single bed. The terrace has a barbecue and evening sun. In addition, a small garden with morning sun. The beach is 1 km from the apartment end . You can drive out to the beach and park. The grocery store and restaurants are 50 meters. Bed linen is included in the price. Towels can be rented for 50 kroner per person. It is not allowed to charge your Electric Car at the Apartment. There is EL Ladder 100m. From apartment.

Enjoy a stay in beautiful Østerby in November or December. The whole of Østerby is beautifully decorated for Christmas and the big Christmas tree at the Water Tower is lit on 15 November. I offer a newer, charming house centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in Østerby, Skagen. We are close to both city and nature. The house is close to Skagen Museum, Anchers Hus, Brøndums Hotel, Iscafeen, Bamsemuseet, butcher Munch, harbor and beach. You can walk to lovely Sønderstrand in a few minutes.

Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.

The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. The small house is simply furnished and with a very small bathroom, but with a shower. 200 meters to a lovely child-friendly beach and cozy harbor. 20 km to Skagen and 20 km to Frederikshavn. There are several good eateries, small cozy shops and two supermarkets within walking distance. It is about 500 meters to the train station, which runs Skagen-Ålborg.

There is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The living room has a TV and wireless internet. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
