"ALDAPA" (registration number XVI00159) located in the centre of Rioja Alavesa and very well connected to cities such as Vitoria, Pamplona, Bilbao, San Sebastian, Logroño ... The EXTERIOR of the house has a PRIVATE GARDEN with BARBECUE, DINING ROOM and another area of HAMMOCKS to enjoy the views of the MOUNTAINS and the VINEYARDS in which it is immersed. The INTERIOR has a large KITCHEN DINING ROOM, two BEDROOMS and two full BATHROOMS. *For stays of more than 4 days, change of sheets and towels is included.

Quiet accommodation a few minutes from the most tourist areas, such as the Guggenheim museum in Bilbao, the old town of Bilbao with its 7 streets famous for its pintxos bars, the suspension bridge (Puente Bizkaia), Bilbao Exhibition Center, and close to beaches suitable for surfing, paddle surfing etc. A few minutes from the fishing ports such as Bakio, Bermeo etc. Less than an hour from San Sesbatian, the beach of La Concha, Mount Igueldo. A central and quiet place at the same time.
