Natural gas heating, with the comfort of your own home. The charge is set per person. This is the price for 2 people. For additional guests, a charge of TRY 1,000 per person will apply. You can use the parking and the garden (shared use) . You can have a fire and camp in the garden at night. Firewood is CHARGED. 300₺ per sack. Glass fire place THERE IS NO ALCOHOL USE IN OUR PLACE.

An excellent opportunity in the forest and adjacent to the village, where you can get your fill of oxygen, reach mental serenity by relieving all your fatigue with the unique sounds of birds during the day and the crackling of wood burning in the fireplace in the evening. Our house, which is built entirely of wood, has 3 bedrooms with separate bathrooms and toilets and 2 living rooms. Our house is 2 hours from Istanbul and is very easy to reach. It is 40 minutes from Sapanca and 1.5 hours from Abanta. Only the top floor of our triplex house is for rent. Our garden is 8000 m2. There are various fruit trees in it. We offer breakfast and dinner upon request. You can do trekking, fishing, mushroom picking. We have extra rooms for large families and transfer from Istanbul.
