The courtyard, covered by a century-old bougainvillea, is 5.5 m X 10 m large, surrounded by a stone fence and is also ideal for the winter. Outdoor adjacent bathroom , accessed via a closed shed. In the lower level the house have a spacious living room and open plan kitchen, and two bedrooms guests along with toilet .The upper level are one master bedroom with bathroom and a small living room.Outside there is a big garden in two levels with a swimming pool.
