Beautiful Modern Cottage Pastoral Country Setting

This modern 925 sq ft house is just 5 min to Alachua and 3 min to I-75. It's about 20 minutes from the springs and 20 mins from Gainesville FL. It has central air conditioning and a kitchenette which shares space with my water purification system. This means that when you bathe, shower or brush your teeth you will be doing it with highly purified water. Also means if you are in that area when it is running you will hear it . Room is soundproof and system can be put on standby with a button press
