Cheminée ( bois au supermarché) Cuisine équipée 1 chambre avec un lit 140x200 (ouverte sur le salon mais séparé par le mobilier) 2 lits 90x200 dans la pièce à vivre

⚠️Attention en juillet et aout nous louons uniquement du samedi au samedi Chalet de 75m2 niché en plein cœur du Bugey, à Conand. Ce logement indépendant offre un séjour détente en pleine nature. Situé à 15min d'Ambérieu-en-Bugey, 1h de Lyon, 1h du Lac du Bourget. GR 59 à 10min + route du Col de Portes (1010m). Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes. Une cuisine équipée est à votre disposition ainsi qu'une grande terrasse avec plancha sur un terrain de 5000 m2. animaux acceptés avec sup.

Abondance Chalet

Chalet “mazot” dans un écrin de verdure avec petit jardin privatif et terrasse. Situé au coeur du parc naturel du Haut Jura et de la région des lacs, à 820 M d’altitude, le chalet est un havre de paix. Le Lac d’Etival à 1,5KM, commerces à 9KM( Clairvaux les Lacs), pistes de ski de fond à 6KM, pistes ski de descente à 30 minutes en voiture. Nombreuses balades ou VTT à faire depuis le chalet. Autres activités sports nautiques, équitation, accrobranche,raquettes, luge tout dans un rayon de 15KM.

We have 2 chalets so if your dates aren’t available please check the other chalet’s calendar. Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Between mountain and lake, our house is 5mn away from Aix les Bains city center, its lake and 20mn from the Nordic/Downhill Revard ski slopes. You will appreciate our completely renovated Chalet thanks to its comfort, its large garden (1200m2) and its beautiful view on the Alps. Our house is perfect for families with kids, friends gathering, people passionated by mountain sports and businessmen tired from hotels... À quelques mètres de la ViaRhôna, l’Ecrin Nath’ure est l’endroit idéal pour se ressourcer,. Vous pourrez aussi rencontrer nos trois adorables brebis — Brownie, Olga et Pelote !

Calme et repos assurés dans un véritable écrin de verdure à 800 m du lac d'étival ( baignade, ballade et pêche). Vous pourrez profiter en hiver des joies du ski de fond, des raquettes et des chiens de traineaux à Prénovel ( 8 km ), du ski de descente à Morbier (25 Km) ou aux Rousses (35 Km). Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. At an altitude of 650 metres, the 180° view from the terrace over the surrounding mountains is exceptional. Depending on the season, you can often spot birds of prey and other birds, as well as large animals (deer, does). The chalet is not suitable for children or babies.
