Nice little studio 12 m2 at the foot of the slopes of the Margeriaz 1000 resort, 4 beds possible (1 BZ and a secure mezzanine mattress). Great for families (couples with children) or with friends on a budget for summer and winter. The resort of Margeriaz offers many activities all year round (downhill skiing, cross country skiing, hiking, mountain biking, discovery pool in summer, Lescheraine body of water 15 minutes away..... ) In winter, free shuttles take you to the Margériaz 1400 estate.

Ideal to leave directly for ski touring since the terrace towards the snowy summits. He is located 100 meters away from the village Boudin (road of col du Pré), of the main road and in 3 kilometers away from Areches. On Wednesday, July 18th, the Tour de France will pass in front of the chalet!!!
