Quiet cottage near Uzès - Le poulailler de Zéa

The cottage, "the chicken house of Zea" will offer you all the desired comfort. This character cottage is made to accommodate 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms. One with 1 bed 140 x 200 cm and another with 2 beds 90 x 200 cm (possibility to bring together the two small beds to make a large bed 180 x 200 cm) There is an equipped kitchen (stovetop, combined microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher), private bathroom (shower), separate toilet, living room, covered terrace with garden furniture, umbrella, deckchairs, barbecue, garden, and parking. On site, outdoor pool of 14 x 4 M, located in an idyllic setting a few meters from the cottage, table tennis table, badminton game... these facilities are to be shared with the 2 other cottages. Quietly located, in a small hamlet 11 km from Uzes, 25 km from Ales, 35 km from Nimes, 45 km from Avignon, you can just leave the house, access the marked hiking trails, you walk along a stream or explore the mountain. Please let us know if you would like more information about the cottage or the surrounding area. If you'd like more photos, we'll be happy to send them. We also have two other gites sleeping 4 and 6 people. Linens and towels are not provided, and pool linens are not provided. We can rent it to you for the duration of your stay. Excludes occupancy taxes.

Newly renovated, it benefits from all the comforts (reversible air conditioning) to accommodate you as a couple or family, with a beautiful outdoor area and a terrace. St Jean de CEYRARGUES is a village of character, located between Nîmes (35 min) and Uzès (20 min) and close to Anduze, Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Chauvet Cave (1 hour).
