Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

Come and enjoy a quiet and ideally located cottage between the Cévennes, Uzès and Nîmes. Newly renovated, it benefits from all the comforts (reversible air conditioning) to accommodate you as a couple or family, with a beautiful outdoor area and a terrace. St Jean de CEYRARGUES is a village of character, located between Nîmes (35 min) and Uzès (20 min) and close to Anduze, Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Chauvet Cave (1 hour). Located on a secure property with your private entrance. It guarantees calm and tranquility. Ideally located just 8 minutes walk from the city center of Uzes, it is also less than two minutes walk from all amenities: Bakery, shops, bank and pharmacy. The pool is shared with the owners.
