Limited to one pair per day, so you can relax and stay like your own home. The owner of the guest house, Mariko, lives with respect to Japanese events and traditions throughout the four seasons while protecting this old house.We want to share this goodness of Japan with our guests. This area, called the Tokuno region (east side of the Mino region), is one of Japan's leading pottery producers of Shino-Yaki and Oribo-yaki, a tradition of more than 600 years, with many kilns, and many excellent ceramic artists based in this area. There are also many cultural facilities such as ceramics museums nearby, making it an attractive stay for those who like pottery. There are also plenty of tourist resources in the Tokai region, and it is also a great base for sightseeing trips to various places, such as Nakasendo-do's post towns and Mago, where the Edo-period style is floating (about 1 hour by car), Gujo Hachiman (about 1hr drive), and Shirakawa-go (about 2 hours by car), which has been certified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site (about 2 hours by car).

Property is a brand new built house centrally located near Gifu station and easy to reach by foot or bus. You can walk ( 20min ) or use Bus ( 10min) or, if You announce in time and I am available, I may be able to pick you up from station by car. I have 3 bed rooms. Two normal bed room and one Tatami room. There are very nice Fire works 2 times a year end of July and beginning of August; also I can rent and dress You up in colorful Kimonos (￥4500) as shown in the pictures for photo-shooting.
