In Gladsax Herrgård there is now the possibility to rent the cozy white guesthouse. Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen with close proximity to the sea, nature, sights and in combination of a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guesthouse is adapted for 2-6 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy the little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has an overall area of 100 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2.

A perfect base if you want to discover Skåne, Småland and southern Blekinge or just take it easy. With the forest as your closest neighbor, you can go for forest walks, discover scenic areas or explore golf courses. You have the whole place to yourself with a large garden and greenhouse. Nice villa with the sea as the closest neighbor

Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village Krokås. In Krokås there is its own small fishing harbor and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafe and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios in the front with morning sun as well as large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

Luxurious tranquility right by the lake

(From November 1, 2025, we only take four guests) Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space. Enjoy nature outside. The house is located in the middle of a forest plot. Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. Children must be over 9 years old. Here there is no must-see, only serenity. The house was built entirely of wood and was dressed with a cedar.

Svenskt charmigt rött trähus med vita knutar. Fri utsikt, lugn och ro. Uppvärmd pool (maj-sept) och vedeldad bastu med fridfull utsikt. Nära till naturområden, Österlen (Kivik 45 min), Åhus (ca 20 min), golfbanor och shopping i Kristianstad (17 km). Östra Vram ligger lugnt, vackert och fridfullt på bekvämt avstånd från nya E22. Du når snabbt Öresundsregionen; Malmö (80 km) och Köpenhamn (110 km). Skåne bjuder på mycket av aktiviteter, kultur, gårdsbutiker, loppisar och inte minst, god mat.

Bright and nice accommodation in beautiful Österlen.

Here you will have access to a pleasant accommodation with 6 adult beds, 1 bed and 2 cribs next to Byvägen in scenic Sankt Olof during your stay in Österlen. If you need to charge the car, I have a charging box, let me know and we'll figure it out for a refund. Now I also have Boxers (Tele 2) basic selection on TV and Telenor's Wi-Fi. You bring your own bed linens, towels and then you clean yourself before checking out.

Österlen - cozy house with wonderful garden

Charming and spacious house with nice details to enjoy during the Österlen holidays. Here you have cozy days with a fireplace and a nice view. Located near Simrishamn with cycling distance to Brantevik and swimming from swimming ladder by cliffs. Four bicycles are available to borrow, three women's bikes and a men's bike. 15-20 min drive to sandy beaches.

Enjoy living in a house that offers you everything and in a wonderfully inviting natural setting. The very new house warms your feet with pleasant underfloor heating. A large, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with a washer and dryer. On the wooden terrace, you can enjoy the sunset and the shower in the chic bathroom lets you relax.

Sönnarslöv's manor is a fantastically large-scale manor for large groups. Enjoy Skåne. Long walks through beech forest and waterfalls, art, experiences and food. The good life! Cook together in our large kitchen, toast champagne in the large hall, enjoy long evenings in our nice dining room.
