The upper apartment includes a separate entrance, two luxurious bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony overlooking the nature reserve and the sea. Only the ground floor is owner occupied (separate entrance); the rest of the house is available to rent.
