Only 10 meters from the sea , the house is ideal for couples, groups, families (with children) and for those who want to combine mountain and sea escapes. Ideal for beautiful moments of relaxation and rest.

Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

It is a 5-10 minutes’ walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas and “Tsipouradika” which are Volos’s signature taverns that offer fresh seafood and traditional Greek spirits. It is suitable for couples, families (with 2 kids), business travelers, and solo adventurers looking to explore the capital of Magnesia and the magnificent mountain Pelion.

I have a nice and cosy house five minutes on foot away from the sea cost, with a yard so as you and your friends to chill day or night. There is enough space for more than one car to park and I will be more than happy to have a great environment for you to live happy moments.
