Nestled in the oldest neighborhood of Agios Khrykos, known as "Sevdali," meaning desire in Turkish, you'll experience a serene atmosphere. Escape the hustle and bustle and choose our apartment for a peaceful retreat.

The Blue House on the Hill

The secluded cute cottage is ideal for those who wish to relax in a peaceful natural environment. Far from the noise and from other tourists, this is the perfect spot to decompress and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located above the tiny village of Nas and you will need a vehicle to reach it (1km dirt road, but accessible with any type of vehicle). Apart from the impressive beach of Nas, during the summer months you will find lovely traditional taverns and a grocery store.

Cottage with a sea view. It comprises two bedrooms (one double and two single beds), a kitchen and a bathroom. Below the house, there's a beach that you can reach in two minutes via a path with steps. At the back of the house, there is a garden with steps and different levels with resting areas. Access to the house is from the road via a path with steps, taking less than 1 minute. Public car park 100 m from the property. Not suitable for people with disabilities.

Myrtos_apartment

Our accommodation is located in the tourist village of Armenistis, Ikaria. It has two single beds and a sofa that becomes a bed. It is equipped with all the electrical appliances you will need for your vacation. The large terrace overlooking the Icarian Sea will help you relax and enjoy your stay, using it in any way you wish. Within walking distance there are restaurants, shops, bars as well as beaches such as Mesachti, Livadi and of course Armenistis!

Downtown accommodation

The property is located in the center of Evdilos, among the picturesque cobbled alleys of the harbor. It is 50 meters from the port and 100 meters from the beach. All travelers will have easy access to everything they need in this central place to stay. *In addition to the price per night, the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is included, which is charged to the guest (€8 per night) and paid upon departure.
