The cottage is quietly located on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650 meters from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with a shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and sofa bed. Bedroom with 140 cm bed and 90 cm bunk bed. Sofa bed 120 cm located in the living room/kitchen. Private parking for car directly outside the entrance. Welcome

Despite the seclusion, it is only 2 km to the nearest golf course, 4 km to the sea and 10 km to central Halmstad and Tylösand. Haverdal Nature Reserve with Scandinavia's highest sand dune and beautiful hiking trails can be found on your way to the sea.

Lillstugan

Detached house on a farm 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds. Half a staircase up there are two beds. A downstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing machine and iron. Two patios with one smaller and one larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels are brought by the guest himself.

Enjoy a great stay in this unique home out on Grimsholmen south of Falkenberg. With about 8 km from Falkenberg city center and 500 meters to the beach, the cottage is scenic in a quiet rural setting. As a guest, you live secluded from the family/landlord's residence with their own entrance where you have access to part of the large garden and orangery with patio. A few kilometers away is a large selection of restaurants, cafes, farm shops and everything fantastic that Falkenberg has to offer. Warm welcome!

There is access to 2 bicycles, toys for swimming and ball games, barbecue, etc. Close to golf course, paddle tennis and other activities. Bed linens and towels are not provided in the cottage.

There is a large wooden deck and several patios for both morning sun and evening sun. There is access to both barbecue and two bikes. Walking distance to restaurant, grocery store, pizzeria, pub, campsites and marina. A wonderful place!

Not far from the sea and the capital of Halland Halmstad, the small village lies in the middle of the woods. Small lakes, forests, a large river, nature reserves with hiking trails can be found in the area. Nature lovers get their money's worth.
