Here you live in a small vegetable production garden on the edge of the forest, close to swimming areas in the river, sea and forest water. 15 minutes from Kristiansand Zoo and shopping center, 20 minutes from Kristiansand city center. 5 minutes to the convenience store with fresh bread every day - also Sunday! Relax here with the whole family, and Jens the cat will take care of you. Jens and I take care of the garden and greenhouse on a daily basis I live in the workshop on the property and you are welcome to pop up in the attic to me and see what I make!

Cozy southern house from 1868, with low ceiling height on both floors. The house is located in a quiet and nicely residential area in central Grimstad. The house has about one acre garden. The loft has two bedrooms; the innermost has entrance through the outer bedroom. The first floor has a continuous living and dining room. These rooms have a fireplace and fireplace. In addition, there is a bedroom, bathroom and hallway. Right by the house there is a 24 m2 greenhouse with a seating area.

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.

Dyreparken ligger en 15 minutters kjøretur unna. Til Grimstad og Kristiansand sentrum tar det under 30 minutter med bil.
