It is possible to sleep 4 people, but is best suited for 2 people. FREE ACCESS TO DRY and FINE wood. 200 meters from parking. There are opportunities for hunting and fish. - Out kitchen with summer water in the tap and sleeping cabin - outdoor shower (summer water) is also mounted for short shower lengths as I do not have unlimited water there. - Mobile wifi with 50gb so no unlimited use

2 charming cabins on the waterfront with boat

Fantastic place with unique location and lovely view, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place for yourself, 2 nice cabins with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and the city centre, without losing the cottage feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cottages have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside, there are several dining groups, sun loungers, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Large and beautiful cabin with boat&prep ski slopes like v

Big charming log cabin with room for many. High standard. Dock with attached rowboat. It is located entirely for themselves, close to Litjvatnet. Nice hiking possibilities right outside the door in the door. In winter you will find prepared ski slopes 100 m from the cabin. Covered porch with panoramic views over fishing waters. Rindal, the gateway to Trollheimen is very nice to offer. The cottage is rented to families and adults. 9-10 beds.Here you will be able to relax and enjoy the silence. 1h 15 min to Trondheim.

Cosy cottage right on the seafront. Boat with 9.9 hp and floating dock included in the rent Bed linen and towels included. Secluded location. Life jackets and fishing gear available. Here you can find tranquility close to nature. Spacious porch with outdoor furniture. BBQ. Charging for mobile and pad. Berry and hiking terrain right outside the cabin door. 1h20m drive Trondheim shared car park Grocery store is only 15 min drive away Cozy cafe within walking distance, with Asian touch, kiosk goods, gas station.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Here you enjoy some days in the countryside, only 10 miles (100 km) from Trondheim. Lots of nice hiking opportunities, canoeing, shop and pub short distance from the cabin. Car road all the way forward.
