In a beautiful house, independent ground floor, refurbished, fully equipped. View of the Canal du Midi and the 110 m2 private garden. Ideal location a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Agde, its shops, train station, buses. Beaches 10 minutes by car, bike (many bike paths) or bus. Small marina 2 minutes away for lunch or rent an electric boat to tour the canal. Everything comes together for a wonderful relaxing time.
