The house is spread over 3 levels. A 3 car private and lockable garage on the first, main living area inside and outside on the second level and bedrooms and bathrooms on the top and 3rd level. All levels are accessible by stairs and is therefore not wheelchair friendly or will not suit guests with walking difficulty. Accommodation is made up of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Toilets are not separate but there is an additional guest loo on the second level. The house has a small private swimming pool, fire pit and gas barbecue. Pick n pay and a great variety of restaurants are just a short walk away. The property was newly renovated in 2015 and refurnished October 2016. For the duration of your stay, you will have access to the entire home. I am phone call away to assist with anything you may need during your stay. Enjoy security and serenity in the amazing neighborhood of Camps Bay. Stroll for just three minutes to the beach or enjoy the restaurant hub and local shops. Exploring beyond the area is easy with easy access to Cape Town and surrounding areas. The Cape Town my City bus stop as well as the red Cape Town sightseeing tourist bus is nearby and approximately a 5 min walk. We can also assist with airport transfers and all other traveling requirements. Should you wish for us to shop for you and stock the fridge and pantry before your arrival, we can do that too at an additional service fee.

Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages. The house is located in a small traditional village which consists of two neighborhoods built on two elongated hills and separated by a ravine. At the bottom of the ravine is a very old stone fountain with trees. The houses are masterfully built of stone on the successive levels of the two hills thus providing a beautiful traditional settlement. The view to the opposite villages are impressive. The flora is especially rich in herbs and medicinal herbs such as oregano, thyme and labdanum.
