Our emblematic house maintains the centuries-old Lanzarote architecture, while being modern and well located. If you want to feel the warmth of a house with personality, history and in which a lot of love has been put into its restoration, do not hesitate and come to enjoy it. The accommodation is complete indoors, terraces and gardens for guests, there are no common areas. I will be available 24 hours a day. Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay.
