This self-contained accommodation is yours for the stay. The property is centrally located in the valley of the Gartempe, southeast of Poitiers, and is really a hidden treasure.

Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay in this quiet wooden chalet, attached to a traditional Charante farmhouse and set in a small hamlet. Surrounded by fields, in the heart of the French countryside, during the day you can relax in the garden with shared use of a pool and at night you can sit under a dense canopy of stars. Breathe in the fresh air and delight in the silence. Equidistant between Poitiers and Limoges with charming smaller towns nearby and kayaking on the beautiful Vienne river.

Relax in this charming and spacious house with south facing sun terrace. This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Old Water Mill

Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

This gîte has been a family memory since 1966, the story of entrepreneurs in the transport sector, whose premises have been transformed to accommodate new activities. It was renovated in 2022, using the codes of the automobile in decoration, my father's passion in connection with his activities with the Circuit du Val de Vienne. It can accommodate a family, a group or a company team. Its strengths: accessible on one level, comfortable and easy to live in.

Gite Villard is in a very rural setting with countryside views. It has an open plan kitchen diner with lounge area, including three seater reclining sofa and chair, oak dining table with 4 chairs, oak sideboard, internet TV - French and English , unlimited wi-fi, electric radiator and fire. Everything you need is in the kitchen, tea, coffee, utensils, etc. Sheets and towels are included.
