A historic house built in 1870, in the most picturesque place of Tsihisdziri, next to the Castello Mare complex. The entire first floor is rented, the entrance is separate, the ceiling height is 3.8 m. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a yard with a gazebo. A maximum of 8 guests can be accommodated. The first bedroom has a double + single bed, the second bedroom has 3 single beds, the living room has a sofa + armchair bed. The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.
