The central location is an ideal base for exploring the local area, further afield, or simply relaxing in the courtyard gardens.

Offering cosy accommodation for up to 4 guests, it is a perfect base for walking, cycling (road and off-road) or just for enjoying being surrounded by green spaces and fresh air. We have a large garden growing most of our fruit & vegetables, our own chickens and provide free cider while stocks last. Please understand that we are a traditional bed and breakfast establishment. I know that the listing states that a whole flat or house is available, it is not. Unfortunately AirB&B insist that we put this otherwise it on will only list one bedroom.

One of two Beautiful apartments ( this one is on the ground floor but is up a couple of steps so it is probably unsuitable for wheelchairs) in the historic Porch House; a 16th century grade II* listed timber framed town house in the centre of Bishops Castle, opposite a pub with lively music nights. The apartment has a super king size bed and room to take bicycles in the anteroom. Apartment 2 is under a separate listing.

The Garden House

Relax in our garden house in rural Shropshire. You'll be greeted by curious cats and chickens...and probably Allan and me. There's some fabulous walks, a lovely local and some pretty market towns all within easy reach. There's lots of interesting CDs to to play, is all we ask is that you return the CD to its case and to the appropriate place in the shelf.
