Tree house - in the heart of nature

In a forest edge on our farm overlooking vast fields, you can enjoy seclusion surrounded by the branches and foliage of the trees. The simple building stands on a plateau 2-3 meters above the ground between tree trunks. The branches of the trees form a roof over the small patio with a simple outdoor kitchen in front of the tent. You are completely off the grid but have access to a refrigerator and electricity at our farm where you can park, or borrow a cooler for food you bring with you. Private toilet with dry toilet and outdoor shower is 100 meters from the property.

Välkommen till lugnet på Sjöhagens Glamping intill Vätterns kristallklara vatten! Från Gränna åker du 10 min norrut längs turistvägen med milsvid utsikt över Vättern, där finner du Sjöhagen och natur som närmast påminner om en regnskog utan att vara långt ifrån civilisationen. Några meter ner från glampingtältet finns Vättern som illumineras av solen på sitt speciella sätt. Redan på 1800-talet uppmärksammade författaren Mark Twain solnedgångarna över Vättern i sin roman A Tramp Abroad.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Relax with the whole family in a beautiful rural setting with proximity to animals and nature. Åsen is located in Adelöv's parish on the Småland highlands east of Vättern. We, who offer this accommodation, are a family with 2 who live in the red house on the farm. We run a small-scale agricultural business with cattle, sheep and plant cultivation. We also have some chickens and 2 sociable cats that live on the farm.

Sängkläder och handdukar ingår för inomhusbruk samt slutstädning. Två toaletter samt 1 dusch Sjönära läge med utsikt över Vättern Ca 150m till Vättern med möjlighet till bad. Huset ligger 9 km från Gränna centrum.

Relax in this peaceful accommodation located right on the waterfront. Quiet, beautiful area with nature and Östgötaleden as a neighbor. Only 7 km to Boxholm city center. The house is newly built (2025) at 40 sqm. It has a large sliding section out to the balcony with amazing views of the water. Here you can enjoy the sunset outside. Private balcony of approx. 30 sqm with sun exposure all day.
