Located to the rear of the Courthouse, guests enter a luxury ensuite, into an expansive bedroom with couch and table. The massive, freestanding bath is divine. Kondoparinga Homestead Room #1

This booking is for bedroom 1 out of 3, which has a king bed and dedicated bathroom that you will share with anyone else in your group. There are three bedrooms available for booking, however if you are only booking this room, the other two rooms will be made unavailable. Also note this is our private residence so please do not ask if you get the whole house to yourself. Included in your booking is access to a dedicated kitchenette with a dining table and a lounge room.

Prinse Street

My place is close to the airport, the city, the beach, and some great Adelaide seaside suburbs. You share the house with me - I live downstairs and the AirBnB space is upstairs. The upstairs BnB area is comfortable, private and quiet. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). It is accommodation set up for 4 people. It is required that you let me know how many adults and how many children there will be staying.

Private room in our owner-occupied home with shared bathroom and kitchen. We are a friendly family living a quiet simple independent lifestyle. Best for mature guests who are comfortable with sharing spaces and enjoy calming environment. Walk to Klemzig Interchange for 10-min buses to the city or explore Linear Park Trail. Free street parking. Ingredients provided for a Mediterranean breakfast, plus tea, coffee, toiletries & a bike.

Comfortable Hills Studio

Beautifully appointed Studio type accommodation with over length queen size electric bed, unfortunately the massage function is currently not working due to abuse but we are working to get it rectified. However the pillow section can be raised to any desired height . All normal B&B facilities inc TV, Fridge, Air con, close to town centre and 30 mins from Adelaide CBD. Own bathroom, shared laundry... enjoy.
