This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. Finca Rustica Terraza. A dream life in Icod

I am an ancient finca rústica in a new guise and live at 550 meters above sea level in Icod de los Vinos in the green north of the island. Behind me I see the majestic Teide volcano, in front of me lies the wide Atlantic. You have to experience living here. The wide view of the sea and Icod immediately creates a sublime feeling and inner peace. The north is weather-friendly and exciting and wonderful to watch from here.
