The property owns river frontage to the Walhonding River as well as the historical White Woman’s Rock- that Mary Harris made famous. Enough acreage and privacy to avoid human interaction and unplug from the world for a while- yet you are only 3 miles from Coshocton’s Roscoe Village, great winery’s in the area and a short drive to Amish country

You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers. This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.
