In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

It is surrounded by a 4400 m2 natural garden in a quiet cul-de-sac, which leads to woods, meadows, a river and 2 ponds. You won't have the TV, but the company of chickens, goldfish from the pond, our mischievous cats, and the continuous song of birds.
