The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Le Nid du Chardonneret is conveniently located close to the Étangs de Baye et Vaux (500 m walk) and the Canal du Nivernais. Right near plenty of outdoor activities. View of the lake. Located at the gateway to the Morvan and many tourist attractions (Guédelon Medieval Village, Vézelay, Tannay and Pouilly vineyards, Compierre archaeological site, etc.), this property will make a great base for exploring the region. Perfect for nature lovers! Anglers/hikers… Very quiet.

Our Scale

A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1 hectare of land, a pond (often dry) and many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group such as several families, or for wellness seminars (poor Wi-Fi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighbourhood too much. A haven of calm and nature. Places of healing, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Please respect the quiet of the hamlet! Thank you.

The Bazois Stage

Detached house located in the heart of the Nièvre in a small hamlet surrounded by its meadows and fields. In the Municipality: ponds for fishing, supervised swimming in summer, marked hiking trails. Loft atmosphere: a large main room with sitting area, dining room, double bed (140 x 190), wardrobe. Bed and bath linens are not provided. Enclosed yard and garden (with garden furniture, barbecue) Secure storage for bicycles, fishing equipment, etc...

Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is in the heart of the Morvan, where you will be surrounded by nature. From the garden you overlook the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.), there is a bar/restaurant, and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddleboard. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge themselves with the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

Relax in this unique and tranquil place, take the time to enjoy your breakfast with the largest lake in Morvan as a show and birdsong singing as a background! 3 bedrooms, sleeps 7, all the comforts: dishwasher, washing machine (laundry room), coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, insert fireplace, canoes Our animal friends are welcome, but if you come without them, you may have the chance to see the squirrels in the garden.
