Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του ιστορικού κέντρου της Παργας. Συγκεκριμένα, στην πλάγια του λόφου κάτω από το κάστρο. Αυτό κάνει τα πάντα γύρω να είναι προσβάσιμα σε λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια.
