Our seaside house is located 10min outside Preveza within an area 5000sqm of olive groves and 50 meters from one of the best beaches of Preveza, Monolithi. It offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea with unique sunsets. Ideal for those who love the tranquility and relaxation that nature offers, it can accommodate 6-7 people. It has 3 bedrooms, open plan lounge with kitchen, all with views and access to the terrace,2 bathrooms one of them situated on the terrace and 2 showers outside. Car needed.

IONION VIEW

It is a comfortable cottage, just 20 meters from the sea and is located on the provincial seaside road between Lygia and Rock. It stands out for its endless view of the Ionian Sea. On the left you can see Lefkada, while directly opposite Paxoi-Antipaxos. Absolute calm prevails, which is only shaken by the splashes of the waves. At 100 meters there is access to a beach for swimming, while it is surrounded by a multitude of beaches with the most secular one of Loutsa.

The apartment is 95 sqm and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the living room can accommodate two more people. It has a large garden, BBQ & suitable for young children. It is 500 metres from Plataria beach and the yacht marina. The area is very close to all the shops in the area (restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries, a supermarket, a pharmacy). Also, the owner lives right above.
