It is a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko ski resort area. It's a 20-minute drive to Niseko's ski resorts and a large supermarket. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. Niseko View Plaza (Michi-no-Eki) is a 5-minute drive away. You can check in and check out by self check-in. There are no stations, bus stops or shops within walking distance. This is a place where you absolutely need a car for shopping, going to restaurants, or skiing. One pet is allowed (pet fee 2000 yen.Only potty trained children allowed) If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. This sister property is located at 37-1 Irie, Toyakocho, Abuta District, Hokkaido 049-5603, offering relaxing ocean views instead of a Lake View. This villa has a convenient location near the train station and local supermarkets approximately 15 minutes away by car from Hotel Cocoa. Note that these two properties are in separate locations.
