Hello, we are renting a lovely 25 m2 studio in the heart of Mônetier-les-Bains including a sunny balcony facing southeast with views of the mountain and on the banks of the Guisane. You will therefore have nearby (between 100 and 500 meters), the post office, bakeries, supermarket, bars/tobacconists etc... Guillestre is an ideal crossroads for mountain excursions and skiing, with the resorts of Vars and Risoul 20 minutes away (shuttles possible) + Queyras/Ecrins 30 minutes away. Spacious and bright apartment located at the foot of the slopes at the exit of the village of Abries. T3 d about 70 m2 composed of a living room including equipped kitchen, living-dining room with terrace . Both bedrooms have balconies and bathrooms all in a mountain atmosphere. The apartment is located on the first floor of a small two-story building,there is no overlook , but a superb view of the valley and the village.
