In the middle of professional retraining, for several months already and prioritizing human contact, I decided to welcome you in this warm and authentic setting. Family, friends, athletes, bikers, be welcome! We are located in Briançon, in the Serre Chevalier valley at an altitude of 1,326 meters at the confluence of 5 valleys. We are both close to all amenities (city center 500 m away, train station 800 m away) and at the start of many hikes and mountain biking.

Cozy 30 m2 2-room apartment, sleeps 5, in the new 4-star Les Balcons de Sirius residence with direct access to the slopes and indoor pool. The apartment is composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 140 double bed, a separate mountain corner with bunk bed and sofa bed for 1 person. Free parking nearby. Southwest facing, 2 balconies, ground floor/1st floor, mountain view. My place is close to restaurants. Non-smoking apartment, no pets allowed.

Apartment Le Serre D'or – Serre Chevalier 1350

The apartment « Le Serre d’Or » is located right by the Serre Chevalier Chantemerle ski lifts. It includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a mezzanine: ideal for 6 guests. A single bed can be added in the living room. The open kitchen, the south facing balcony with a view on the mountain, the ski/bike locker and the free access to the residence’s swimming pool (open from December to April and in July and August) will ensure a very comfortable stay.

This home has a resolutely unique style. Beautiful apartment composed of a large bedroom equipped with a comfortable 160 bed with a spacious shower room. A sleeping area that can accommodate 2 people(bunk beds). a living room and open kitchen overlooking a terrace of 20 m2 facing the lake , the latter is equipped with modern garden furniture. The lake, mountain, and pool view will delight the most discerning. Garage on the ground floor for 2 cars.
